XANTHOS VALLEY

Xantos Valley which is the heart of the ancient Lycia makes a great day trip out of Fethiye, Olüdeniz and Hisarönü.No matter it will be an organized tour or a trip taken independently, it will be an amazing experience for you. Because you will have the opportunity to visit some cities of archeolegical interest set over clear blue seas.It has around it a wide selection of ancient ruins from the lycian era.The lycian structures and byzantine buildings include the remnants of a large church with mozaics recently discovered.The views from the top of the hill are also worth being seen.You can really have a good time clambering around to an extent that just isn't allowed at the more controlled sites such as Ephesus.
